As a guest of Balance at the Loews New Orleans Hotel, you are invited to enjoy complimentary use of the fitness center, pool, whirlpool and dry sauna. For your convenience, we will provide you with a robe, slippers, towels and a locker. We also provide complimentary valet parking for non-hotel guests. You may also choose to order food, beverages or cocktails from the Loews Hotel Dining Menu.
Check In:
Being on time for your appointment is greatly appreciated so that you may receive your full service. We recommend arrival of at least 15 minutes prior to your reservation time.
Cancellation Policy:
We request a minimum of 6 hours notice for cancellation on Monday-Thursday. We request a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellation on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Since this time has been reserved, we must charge the entire cost of the cancelled services with less than the appropriate notice of cancellation.
Payment and Gratuities:
We accept cash, checks, Harrah's Vouchers and all major credit cards. Gratuities are left to the discretion of our guests.
Gift Certificates:
Gift certificates are available in the spa, by phone or through our website.
