As a guest of Balance at the Loews, you are invited to enjoy complimentary use of the pool, whirlpool, sauna, and fitness center. For your convenience, we will provide you with a robe, slippers, towels, and a locker. We also provide complimentary valet parking for non-hotel guests. You may also choose to order food from the Loews Room Service Menu or libations from The Swizzle Stick Bar.
Check In
Being on time for your appointment is greatly appreciated so that you may receive your full service. We recommend arrival of at least 15 minutes prior to your reservation time.
Cancellation Policy
We request a minimum of 6 hours notice for cancellation. Since this time has been reserved, we must charge the entire cost of the cancelled services with less than 6 hours notice.
Payment and Gratuities
We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards. Gratuities are left to the discretion of our guests.
