Spa On-Site Etiquette
As a guest of Balance On-Site, your technician will arrive 15 minutes prior to the scheduled service time to set up. They will provide you with identification and may be escorted by security upon your request.
Amenities Available
If you receive an On-Site service, you are eligible to use the amenities at Balance Spa & Fitness for 24 hours after your service. Enjoy complimentary use of the fitness center, pool, whirlpool, sauna, and valet parking at the Loews Hotel.
Cancellation Policy
We request a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellation. Since this time has been reserved, we must charge the entire cost of the cancelled services with less than 24 hours notice.
Payment and Gratuities
Payments must be made prior to your scheduled service with any major credit card. 18% gratuity is automatically added to the cost of the service.
