As a guest of Balance at the Loews, you are invited to enjoy complimentary use of the pool, whirlpool, sauna, and fitness center. For your convenience we will provide you with a robe, slippers, towels, and a locker. We also provide complimentary valet parking.

Check-In
Being on time for an appointment is greatly
appreciated so that the full service may be given. We recommend arrival of at least 15 minutes prior to the reservation time.

Cancellation Policy
We request a minimum of 6 hours notice for
cancellation. Since this time has been reserved, we must charge the entire cost of the cancelled services with less than 6 hours notice.

Payment and Gratuities
We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards.
Gratuities are left to the discretion of our clients.

Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are available in our spa, by phone, or through our website.

In-Room Services
We offer in-room services for a $50 fee.
